The PLENARY SESSION will be at the ISABELO DELOS REYES AUDITORIUM, UP SOLAIR, DILIMAN, QUEZON CITY.

The BREAK OUT SESSIONS will be at the UP INSTITUTE FOR SMALL-SCALE INDUSTRIES (ISSI) just across SOLAIR.
