Last September 24, 2019, the Asian Development Bank (ADB) sent their official reply regrading the letter sent NGO Forum on ADB and Building and Wood Workers' International (BWI) about the labor violations committed by the ADB funded Accelerating Infrastructure Investment Facility Project. As per information from the ADB the designated agent assigned by the Government of India for the project is Grant Thornton India LLP.
