Last October 23, 2018, NGO Forum on ADB sent a letter to the World Bank-International Monetary Fund (IMF) regarding the harassment experienced by network members during the Seminar on Environmental and Social Issues at Plagoo Hotel, Bali, Indonesia last October 11.
